About this event

  • 4 days 3 hours

A unique experience of three parks in one week while learning about the wide world of reptiles. Crafts, activities, and hikes will safely focus on the lives of turtles, snakes, lizards and their role in our lives. Campers will spend Monday at Anna Ruby Falls Recreation Area, Tuesday and Wednesday at Smithgall Woods State Park, then spend Thursday and Friday at Hardman Farm State Historic Site from 10 AM - 1 PM each day. Lots of outdoor walks among trees, around ponds, and on trails will encompass the week. Children make a terrarium, and create crafts to take home. The week will culminate with a play the campers perform with props created in camp. Parents and family members are invited to attend on Friday, just before our dismissal.
